FAQs

Do I need to have my property inspected before I sell it?

One of the common misconceptions that real estate investors have is that home inspection is solely the responsibility of the person who will buy the property. We believe that property sellers must also have their own inspection done by professionals so that any issues can be fixed and it will be easier to get a buyer for your property.

I am very busy. Do I really have to be at the site during the home inspection?

You are not required to be there, but we would recommend that you make time for it so that you can understand the problems better straight from the home inspector. We can schedule the inspection on a weekend or a day that is most convenient for you.

If you cannot make it, have a representative (like a family or friend) who can fill in for you on the day of inspection.

If nobody is available during the day of the home inspection, we will be glad to discuss with you over the phone the issues we have found.

How much do you charge for a home inspection service?

We do not set a fixed price for every type of home inspection service we provide. It is because rates vary according to the location, size, and type (house and lot, condo, townhouse, mansion, etc.) of the property.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have flexible payment options: cash, credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal, and bank deposit.
